I lose the wonderball every time the app is closed. And the 24 hr time period has not ended. User ID 14135343925 and User ID 1088856427029 playing on same desktop.

That happened to me once and hasn't happened again. Hope it works out for you!

I think it’s because you keep switching users. Some info are stored in the pc and not game server. Try not switching users until 24 hours is up and see if that helps.
