Sprinkleshell turtle is a cyan turtle with a shell that resembles a color bomb.
When you match cyan candies on the board, you're able to fill up the turtle energy bar. Once it's fully loaded you can tap on any candy on the level board and all candies of the same color will be crushed just like any color bomb would do when you match it with any plain candy.
the only difference from a color bomb is the fact that you don't actually waste a move when you activate Sprinkleshell so it's a good feature to strategize and beat the level.
If you activate Sprinklshell on cyan candies especially, all these candies will be crushed and they might be enought to let the turtle's bar fill up again so it's ready to be used again
You can focus on matching cyan candies while playing and use Sprinkeshell's color bomb abilities as many times as you can without wasting moves to activate it
