When will the new content come

Thank you for your suggestion! As you have mentioned, Soda does release new levels every Friday but I understand the amount might not be enough for you. Currently as far as I know there's no plans to increase the amount of levels released every week but I'll let the developers hear your suggestions.
In the meantime, I can suggest checking out the other Candy Crush games such as Candy Crush Jelly Saga, Candy Crush Friends Saga and of course Candy Crush Saga which all have thousands of levels that are sure to keep you entertained while you wait for more Soda levels 🤗
I have finished the levels again for the week. Yep, even spending more money (on your game) and being in the mix to win your contests and get rewards. Now, they will all be gone again. 2 ideas….how about the ability to go back an play the same levels to earn prizes? Or, releasing more levels so I can actually finish a competition? Since you can’t do more than 45 (even though they used to release more) a week, how about 180 once a month? As a regular customer, I would hope you could come up with some creative ideas to get what I have paid for? Like 48 hours of bonus items.
I answer these same questions every time I inquire. It all works and my answers are repetitive. You always say new content comes out on Fridays but often it takes 2-3 days to happen on our end. 45 levels is not enough to be competitive in your contests. They used to release more in the past for some reason they can only get 45 out now. Kind of sucks!
Everything started working on Sunday. No changes on my end and now I am already on 11380 and sure I’ll be waiting for more levels in just a minute. Ugh.

You haven't aswered to my questions yet.
As I said the levels have already been released for everyone. You're the only player who reports such issues regurlarly on the community. Which is unfortunate and understandably frustrating but at that point we can only check troubleshooting steps each time to help your device and game load the new levels.
New levels have been released to all Soda players yesterday, latest level for mobile users is 11395.
Which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model please
Does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
Did you check for your device and Soda app updates?
What is the latest version of Soda installed in your device?
Did you try to clear cache of Soda app (be careful not to select "clear data" as it deletes booster) and restart the app a couple of times? Did you play any level a couple of times to help Soda app reconnect to the servers?
Provided you have a King account to save progress did you try to log out and log in?
I have not received new content for 2 weeks. I am still only seeing level 11350. I have restarted and all the things you always tell me to do. Still no new content!

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
