I have completed the first cake of event and won a piece of the lollipop but it has disappeared from my tools. I attach the capture where that tool is no longer there and the event where I am for the second cake.

Okay, thank you for telling me! After checking with the studio, it seems it is intended you cannot see the Kimmys Candy Hunt icon on your homescreen (where you see the Diorama), so this is not faulty! However, the fact that you cannot see the leaderboard after finishing a level is a bug that the team is currently looking into.

Well, regarding the cyan candies, I received an announcement when I opened the game where it said that the hunt for cyan candies was starting, and there was the girl with a basket of candies. When I opened a level and collected some of those candies, a notice appeared saying that this had to be done and that I had to collect them to earn rewards. Just the same as with the yellow candies. It was nothing to do with the turtle. The turtle has appeared before in other levels and I know how it works. But this was announced the same as the hunt for yellow candies, only in this case he asked for the cyan ones. Even when I lost the level, it shows on the screenshot that it says "Candy Hunt", and it shows how much I'm going to lose if I quit.

I'm sorry to hear you are not having a great experience with Soda! If I understand correctly you have to main issues
Is that correct?
For the issue with the Kimmys Candy Hunt, from what I can see from your screenshots what you are actually showing with the Cyan candy is Sprinkleshell levels. Sprinkleshell levels need you to collect Cyan candies in order to use the turtles power. Kimmys Candy Hunt is usually yellow candies, but it's not an event that is always in the game - so I see no issue here.
For the issue with the Gold Bars not being given to you, I ask that you again contact support as we cannot compensate you here in the Community. Once you have contacted them, please make sure to send me the ticket number and I will double check that someone responds to you.

Yes, I meant that. First I was able to enter and search for the topic that seemed pertinent to report that I did not receive the ingots that I owed. And automatically I received a pre-assembled message from king, which annoyed me more, and I went back to the game to try to choose another topic, to see if they respond to me as they should, but everything was blank. Not anymore, but that's the least of it, overall, even if you choose something and write to them, they send me an automated response and no one takes responsibility.

do you not see the help center? then you select any topic (events). then any supbtopic (what is daily bonus). then scroll down to find contact us

This is how the game is "working". Not only is the cyan candy hunt announced and counted during the levels, but the ranking of who is winning is not in the game, but also, yesterday I had 6 ingots left but I won one of the races that give 15 first prize , I clicked on "get" and the next level that I couldn't beat for one play and I wanted to buy 5 extra plays for 10 ingots, the game showed that I had 6. I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
