Why does this keep happening????

I am at Level 11,395...for the past 3 months I have reached the "last level" until "New Content" is created. I am missing out on contests because they require attaining new levels, When I contact the Customer Support, I am told the same thing over & over...we have to make sure new levels are tested before we release them. This is becoming ridiculous! I am strongly considering moving to another...not King....games!

First, I would like to congratulate you on your progress! Second, I can understand your frustration.

We regularly forward this feedback and the Game Studio is aware. The devs are always working to create new content for all players. We currently have a new event in the game "Shipmates" that doesn't depend on your levels, but depends on your friends (who may not have finished the levels)

I'll pass on your feedback and who knows, maybe we’ll see an event that doesn't rely on new levels 🤞

Congratulations on your progress! 🙂

I understand you find this situation frustrating and you don't find our answers very helpful but we can only give players the current information we have.

Developers can't release more than 45 levels weekly because they design the levels themselves and they need to do all the necessary checks afterwards so they don't release buggy content. As you might imagine, they're human beings who do this in their working hours🙂

that's why the solution is focusing on challenges and activities specifically designed for players at the end of the map and for this, feedback from players is very important as @Yosca says. The more feedback there is, the higher the priority.

Other King games have such contests, like Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Jelly and we hope Soda will introduce them soon too. Feel free to check out these games if you're not already playing them 🙂

Have patience @mcwatson1978 . Why don't you try other king games? Like Candy Crush Friends Saga if you love collecting stickers. Pet Rescue Saga if you like Small Cute pets and many more...
