1) Can't bake a cake -> Message says no internet connection ( after I have wasted boosters and completed levels several times) !

2) Second week in a row; this week, yellow candies are counted but no leaderboard; last week I was second on the leader board, but no reward egg given. Also, no icon on the front page

3 ) New battleship game - I have no idea how it is played. It doesn't seem to do anything.

4) I have not had a mystery clue in the detevctive game since the first week although I have completed all the pathways to receive the clues.

5) Not enough levels available to ever complete in the regular weekly race. Have to wait until Fridays to get just 45 levels which is not enough to win

No interaction from anyone in support. WHY? Is it because I don't pay to play?

If by support you mean the community forum, we always reply to your questions and all players' with all the current information we have available. If an issue is under investigation it may take time to have updates on the situation.

1) This is a very recent issue so we don't have information until Monday, hopefully. Other players have reached to community so we've asked everybody for ID number and make and model of the device they use to send a report

2) The missing icon on the map is not an error. However the missing leaderboard is. the Studio is aware and are working on it to fix it

3 ) Read all you need to know about Shipmates here. The 4 friends you pick for your crew play new levels to help you. After they played them, you get ammunition for your cannon and have a chance to sink your opponent's ships

4) to unlock weekly clues, player need to play the pass event too. the studio is aware of daily quests issue. It should be fixed in the next week of detective season

5) As you know only 45 levels can be released weekly. We continue to forward feedback from players at the end of content since there's great demand for different events that don't require passing new levels. like Shipmates (only your friends need to pass new levels so you need to be careful and not pick those who are at the end of the map)
