The game entered an endless loop (where each of the two bears kept moving up and down into the central "lane") when I got to this position in level 14 of the Bakery:
I had to exit the level in order to be able to proceed.

do you mean the baord was frozen and unresponsive and you couldn't make any move to pop the bottles?
in this situation the bears should require bottles to be popped so they are free to go up towards the central lane
