Sorry to hear you lost gold bars. Did you buy extra moves? If you lost the gold and you donโt know how, letโs try some troubleshooting.
๐ Force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device. Clear cache (not data!), check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.ย
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataโ๏ธ)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
