In the 21 BIG PASS game, I managed to collect 13 assists, which appeared checked this morning. It's like I used it, even though I didn't play it.

Do you mean the rewards from the pass? What happened exactly?
Did you play complete quests until tier 13th of the pass?
Did you claim rewards unlocked in these 13 tiers? Did you receive them?
Did you not claim those rewards?
Are rewards still available in those 13 tiers of the pass?
