I'm new to CC Soda Saga, and I have no friends appearing in my game. There is no option to add friends, so I can I get some friends?

the option to add friends is available through Social Hub feature which looks like this:
If you've just started to play Soda then you might need to reach level 40 to unlock most features available for your game.
With Social Hub you can:

Ok, that makes more sense.
In Facebook platform, your friends list should be made of your Facebook friends who play Soda, so there's no use of Social Hub there. If you're able to join FB groups of Soda Players you would be able to add Soda players by befriending them.
If your computer has Windows 10 or 11 and it's possible for you to download Soda app from Microsoft Store, you would have more chances to find Social Hub there and also add players who are not FB-connected.

Hi again Pity Kitty, Thank you for the information. I am using an Asus Laptop. I was able to take a screen shot but I wasn't able to copy or save it and attach. I'm not as tech savy as I used to be so this was a little confusing to me in spite of the clear instructions given. I will keep trying to figure it out and try and get the screen shot to you. Thanks for all your help.

Soda developers assign features to players, by spreading them out to groups of players. Not all features are available to all players at all times and usually when a feature is not available, it's because others are. Then they rotate. Maybe this is why you're not seeing Social hub in your map, but you should see other features at this point.
