Hello @davybaby and welcome to Soda community!
In Social hub we don't need to spend any stamps to make a life request. However the system doesn't let us do that if we have unlimited lives, 5 lives fully loaded or 1 life request pending. We may request one life at a time.
To make a booster request, we do need to spend an amount of stamps that corresponds that booster.
We get stamps in return after we help out friends who ask for lives and boosters. 2 stamps for 1 life sent and 3 stamps for 1 booster sent.
We get the most amount of stamps from social side events like Shipmates (200 stamps per round won).
4 in a row too but I understand it will grant stamps starting from Monday.

This morning when I opened the game I got 2 hours of booster (chocolate bombs) AND 30 mins of lives. Lets hope this is a permanent thing and the developers have listened to the complaints and this is a permanent thing.

Iβm with you on that topic,since the change i have only gotten 2 lives that Iβve requested from players , may have to find a new game to play

I have no option to ask for lives only boosters. I hate this!!!!!

Your new friends system is a con and pointless as it doesn't work! Whoever decided to approve this update is responsible for losing thousands of game members. Well done you!! π

How is this possible? The same person has three booster requests pending. I have one pending, it has been pending for nearly 12 hours and no one has activated it.

Ok. Do You have any "variety" yo receive Lives and Busters from our Friends? I send a lot of Lives and Busters and I don't receive any. This is absolutly unfair!!!! Buying Lives or Busters are extremely expensive here un Argentina. Why don't we get back to the old way ?

I am NOT a fan! Why fix something that wasn't broken? This new system severely limits us in getting help and giving help.

I don't like the new way of asking for lives. No one is sending any I had tons of livesthe old way of asking
