I won the final round of the tournament playing till 4am EST but instead of receiving 50 gold bars I got 10 bars, a few boosters and a singular piece of sonic candy. What happened to the other 40 bars? I honestly feel discourage to continue playing…

After investigating this further, the best way for us to be able to possibly reimburse you is if you reach out to our Support team and let them know this happened to you. You can find the support team by following these steps:

1. Open Candy Crush Soda Saga on your device.
2. Tap the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
3. Tap on the '?' icon.
4. This will open our Help Center. Here, you can find answers to frequently asked questions or issues.
5. Pick the topic and article that most resembles the issue you are having, scroll down and tap on the 'Contact Us' button in the bottom of the screen.
6. Fill out the form with as many details as possible about your issue, then hit 'Submit'.
