Why is it that it takes weeks or longer to pass a hard level? Must I pay to have it be a fun normal game?

Level 2004. It's not that any particular part of it is hard. All hard means is that it will take longer to win. This happens more times than I can count and it makes the game so boring and predictable. Let me give you the games and levels I play:
CC, started about 12 years ago, level 4609
Soda, started shortly after CC, level 2004
Jelly, started about 8 years ago, level 3736
Pet Rescue, started within the last year, 2263
What do these numbers say to you?
In Jelly, I'm never stuck longer than a few days maybe a week tops and that's rare. I love playing Jelly the best of all. Can't play CC anymore unless they change it being in portrait mode. Soda is the only one that doesn't give any free daily boosters or prizes that are achievable without paying. I just don't understand why this game is so slow. I still play hoping one day they will change the algorithms and make it fun. I'm sure I'm not the only one that is having this experience in your game.
