Why are my desk top PC, tablet and phone not on the same level ? I should be on level 12004 but my tablet and phone stopped at 11980 and says no more levels ????
WOW.......So it's Friday and my tablet and phone caught up to my desk top PC but I still have a cone saying "new content coming soon" because now I am on level 12025. So now there won't be any new levels until NEXT Friday ???? Looks like no more candy crush for me. Off to find other games to play.

Thank you Yosca. I guess I will have to wait until this next Friday for more levels. As for purchases, I never buy anything. I can pass levels with my earned rewards and Batula power balls. I really do appreciate your help.

I'm sorry but it can't be right that 10 days ago your last level was 11980 on your mobile devices (tablets and phones), sorry. Windows levels are usually 90 levels ahead of mobile devices, and the last level for mobile is 11980. You can check the latest levels 👉 here 🙂
I'm sorry you uninstalled the game and lost your boosters as they are stored in your devices memory. (uninstalling and reinstalling is always a last resort). If you have lost and not used any purchased boosters, please contact Player Support:

Hi, sorry everyone for getting all upset but I have been playing these King games for over 15 years. Never had this problem before. It's been at least 10 days now with no new levels on my tablet or phone. I can only play on my desk top PC. I just signed up for this site because I thought that King had tech people on here to answer questions and fix problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Soda but still not working correctly. I've logged out and back in. Checked Google playstore to see if there were any new versions or updates. Re-started all devices. Nothing !!! I wish somebody from King would just tell me what the problem is.
I am playing all candy crush, Saga, Soda, Jelly and Friends but this issue is with Candy Crush Soda. Friday just passed and it still says new content coming soon ???? I've lost all my progress and rewards. Did not qualify for the tournament. I've been playing for years. Guess I will have to uninstall and try some new games.

Yes, that is correct, Windows levels are ahead of mobile devices levels. Every Friday new levels will be released 🙂

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
