Obviously I'm connected to the internet but all my front page games and tabs are missing. I've been playing for years. I'm missing my social page, team page, all the separate contests. Everything.
Actually there were no folders anywhere. I was able to play a level but that was all. It eventually came back after logging in and out.
Just FYI. My cache is clear, my phone has plenty of room. I received no error msgs. Obviously I have an account (??) In fact, I was able to play a level, but because I wasn't connected to my team or any of the other side games, I didn't want to do that. So I just logged in and out until it all reappeared. I think this was a Soda issue, not my device issue.
Hi! Thanks for your quick response. I'm on an Android. I rebooted my phone and it didn't work but after entering and exiting a few times, it all came back. This happens from time to time, but this time seemed longer than usual.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
it's not possible to do in Microsoft app on computer
There should be a folder called "activities" on the page. They moved everything in there.
Apparently they thought it would somehow make the game better if we had to keep going in and out of an extra screen just to see what was happening instead of seeing all of it at a glance.
