Big Pass isn’t adding up correctly

I’ve completed the challenge requirements and it completes the challenge but never added to the total. Just kept me at level 1…just started moving up but I’m about 4 levels behind because of it!

That is weird. Please try force close the app, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
