Why no rewards as cake is being "baked"

For the past few weeks I have been participating in cake bake but am not getting any prizes, why?

I am sorry to hear you don’t receive the bake a cake rewards.

Please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app as this forum is not able to handle refunds.

• tap/click on question mark
• tap/click on “technical and connection issues”
• tap/click on “thanks for reaching out”
• scroll down and tap/click on “contact us”
• fill in the form, topic events and feature issues, subtopic I didn’t receive my reward
