Why no rewards as cake is being "baked"

For the past few weeks I have been participating in cake bake but am not getting any prizes, why?

Please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app as this forum is not able to handle refunds.

scroll down and tap/click on “contact us”
fill in the form, topic events and feature issues, subtopic I didn’t receive my reward
