Reward screen freezes after watching ad

After watching an ad for a reward in Sweet Cinema, the reward screen freezes. I wait for ad to finish and when I tap the x it just freezes. I've had to turn ipad off and on a million times and frankly, getting sick of doing this. I'm at level 14151 and this is so frustrating. It's been happening for about 24 hours now and has never happened before. I don't believe it's my ipad as it's new. Getting ready to quit this game so time wasting and can't play.

@SueBlacklaw I have noticed that in other games the ads are also giving problems and that the Studio is aware and working on correcting this. In the meantime, please restart your device and see if that helps.
The issue should be solved during the next couple of days.
