how to sync 2 devices with same level of play

theag

levels not the same on 2 different devices. 12151 on laptop and 12100 on desktop. same sign in credentials. why is it not the same?

I am sorry to hear this. You may be experiencing a synchronization issue. Since you indicate that you are using the same login details with the same account, you can try this:

Log out of your account via the Settings menu.
Close the app.
Turn your device off.
Wait for 10 seconds.
Switch your device back on again.
Reopen the app and log back into your account.

If you still see a difference in your progress after that, please contact Player Support. They can manually restore your progress.
