I'm sorry to hear that. Provided you use an account to save progress, try to log out, restart device, log in and pass any level a few times to help the game reconnect and see if the gold bars come back.
If they don't, please contact customer service directly from Soda app as this forum is not able to deal with refunds/compensations. Please make sure to be logged into to your account where gold bars have been lost otherwise customer service can't locate you.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.
