Sorry to hear that. Please make sure to be logged in to your account as sometimes it can happen to log out or log in to a different account and find a different amount of gold bars.
If you still have issues, please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app. Make sure to be logged in to the account that you use to play Soda with when you reach out to them so they can locate it and take a look at it.
How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost items". Explain your problem and send.
