Hello good morning from 22 or 23 hours in Chile and I played until 06.00 am and it happens that throughout the night I did not score points in the Tournament and now from 7 in the morning I started playing and I see that the tournament of the diamonds and that challenge did not seem to me throughout the night please could you help me because you see that I write my email will never answer me

I no longer believe that the community can help me, I have already left two game requests and they tell me that in 20 days they will answer me and they don't, I hope they can answer me and see what happened in my game

As for Kimmy's Candy Hunt, did the game show you a leadboard for cyan candies each time you passed a new level? Did it show the amount of cyan candies collected after each new level you passed?

I'll explain from 10:30 p.m. to 7 in the morning and it didn't mark the plays that I won

Then I get into the game and I see that the diamonds were already there and there was a person with 6000 points, how strange because the diamonds weren't there all night. Look, I spent more than 25 thousand pesos and no points were scored even in the tournament and now magically are the dismantled with a player who has more than 6000 points

Why was that not there when I was playing and now it appeared?

The first 3 screenshots are related to Weekly contest event.

The last 2 screenshots are related to your purchases.

They're not directly related to Kimmy's Candy Hunt (=Caza de caramelos) event and how it works which is the topic of your question, which is why I'm confused.

let's talk about this screenshot which is about Kimmy's Candy Hunt event:

Please try to answer the question I asked you in my previous comment otherwise I'm not able to understand what went wrong with this specific event and not any other event.

You said you played Soda for hours while Kimmy's Candy Hunt event was active, correct?

while Kimmy's Candy Hunt event is active and you win a new level, the game should show the leaderboad with the amount of cyan candies collected (the same screenshot you posted) immediately after passing the level for every new level you pass.

Did the game show you the leadboard for cyan candies each time you passed a new level? Did it show the amount of cyan candies collected after each new level you passed?
