I created an account and logged in and even though I'm still in the correct level, I only had three of each booster which was not what I had, also it won't let me go back into claim rewards I'd earned

I'm sorry to hear that! The boosters you have may disappear if you uninstall your game or login from another device. Is that perhaps what has happened to you?
