I've changed my phone but candy crush soda has not sinked in 2 my PC level . On PC I'm on level 1704 but on phone I'm bk at level 1 .

If you do use a game account (King account or Facebook account) to save progress and if progress is not synced among the device, it may be possible that

• you're not properly logged in to your game account on your PC/there's a connection issue on your PC
• you're not properly logged in to your game account on your phone/there's a connection issue on your phone

I'd advise to play any level to help the game reconnect to the servers
