In the bonus section, in medium pass, I’m not getting the claims that I select. Today I didn’t get the coloring candy and yesterday I didn’t get the fish. Also, I keep sending rewards to “friends” but don’t know how to ask for them for myself.

It's not possible to send rewards to friends.We can send them only lives.
In order to ask for lives, click on the heart icon when you lost some of your lives, visit get "get help" section and click on "ask friends" blue button

for the umteenth time I play bake a cake and just as we are close to finishing getting the top two prizes, progress goes away and start a new bake arrives. I can see in inbox that cake is backed and I participate in helping back, but haven’t received top prizes in last multiple times
