Hi @Yosca , I've now also sent a query to the helpdesk, and the reply I got is to cry about.....
Needless to say, this issue is still not being looked at, and obviously the survey reply had a 1 rating (only because they took the time to reply) ha ha.
(ps. I also have problems receiving lives from friends in CCS, but that is for the other thread)

Can you tell me what kind of device do you play the game on? Make and model please. Do you play on Win10?

@Thumper707 , I've been complaining about not getting lives from my 100 friends for weeks now, and nothing seems to change. I also only receive lives from my team members. Very frustrating. What device are you playing on?
