Why didn't my life's update

I purchased the weekly bonus package which should've given me 12 hours of unlimited play. The first time I tried 3 times to purchase this package and the boosters increased but the life's did not. I then purchased the $19 dollar package which should've given me 6 hours of unlimited play but it did not. I would like my bundle purchases updated correctly or refund my account.

I am sorry your purchases didn’t go well 😕 Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

- Tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on “My Purchases“

-  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
