For the last day or so my rewards pass has been missing? It seems like it's an error, but restarting the phone and the app hasn't helped yet? Is it just over and hasn't populated a new one?

To be able to help I'll need a few more details before going further! Are you talking about the free version of the pass, or the premium one? Also are they missing after they have been claimed?
Some of the rewards are time based, so if you claimed them, they will be available for the allotted time that is shown in the game.
Also, it's always great to know which type of device you're playing on as well as your Player ID in case we need it to help you! 😊
