Candy Crush Soda not working

Question

I have just got a new PC, and all my Candy Crush games are working ok apart from Candy Crush Soda which will not load. I have reinstalled the Microsoft Store app, but it is still not working. I am using Windows 11 now (my old pc was Windows 10). Any ideas anyone?

That's all I see no matter how long I leave it to load, I will have a look at the solution posted for Windows 10 and see if that works. Thanks

@MadameFlutterbi If the problem persists, it can be very helpful for the Studio to know your User ID. Click here how to find it. The User ID is the same for all King games when using the same account 😉

This seems like an issue found a while ago, where the solution was to follow the steps in this comment.
