When I play Candy Crush Soda Saga my game just randomly shuts down. What’s going on? It doesn’t happen on my other King games or any others. Do you know how many bonuses I have lost because of this? That’s the fun of the game!

I'm sorry to hear that. Does the app shut down soon after launching the app or later when you're in the middle of playing a level?
Which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model please.
In the meantime please check troubleshooting steps to see if they help or not:

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
it's not possible to do in Microsoft app on computer

1. Usually when a game just shuts down in the middle of playing, it might have something to do with your graphics driver card. I don't know what device you're using but in PC you can check your GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) health from Windows Device Manager.
a. In Search box, type in Device Manager
b. Click the Display adapters drop down on the side
c. Right click on your Graphics then click Properties, you'll see the status. Mine says "The device is working properly".
In Windows 11 you can check it through Task Manager. Just click CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, go to Performance tab and you'll see your GPU
2. It could also be not enough memory. If you're playing and have other browsers open then the memory might not be enough in what Soda requires. Chrome especially takes up a lot of memories. You can check this by opening your Task Manager while playing to see how much memory it's using. Other Kings' games have less memory requirements when I checked them.
It happens in the middle of playing a level. It’s fine around 4-5 times and then just shuts down. I’ve tried everything.
