It lost everything on the app and Facebook. I was given step by step instructions on how to fix the problem here in discussion by a moderator...nice huh?
So sorry to hear that @Ibnana! π As @teeweiping mentioned it's not recommended to uninstall and reinstall the app as the boosters are not saved. Where was that mentioned? In terms of in-game progress we should be able to help you though.
Have you tried going back to Facebook and seeing if you still have everything there?
Don't uninstall it as it won't recover as it's not saved in your device.
Oh no, It can't be. I feel sad for you as booster is not saved in your device's game after you uninstalled the game.
Following instructions from support to uninstall and reinstall to fix the update...it didn't work either.

Well I'm on level 12261 and lost everything!!!! I had over 300 boosters and 100+ hours life..legendary batula balls...65 days of rewards... Lost all my progress and my rewards ..I'm ready to quit. I spent over $700 on deluxe passes to get all that. Im so angry! πΏπ π‘π―οΈπ€π₯Ή

To make sure the game is up to date on a browser you'd need to make sure your browser is up to date. Visit the page here
Browser version of the game has usually less features than the app version of the game because the app is more stable.
If you use a Windows computer I recommend to download Soda app from Microsoft store. You'll be able to see all the feature you see in Soda on your mobile device except for Ads feature, which is only available for mobile devices.
If your issue is progress synchronization, make sure your connection is strong both on your mobile device and computer and check troubleshooting steps:
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
If you play on browser, clear browser cache
it's not possible to do in Microsoft app on computer
