If you're running into this problem, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, maybe you were not able to connect?
- If you do, make sure to check that the device and game is up to date!
- Try to log out and back into to your account in the game and see if it helps.
- Make sure to restart the device just to be sure.
If those steps do not help, you may need to check that you are logged in correctly to the app store.
- Go to Settings > [your name] >Β iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
- Tap Payment Information, then change or remove your information.
- Make sure your name and billing address exactly is correct. Then tap Done.
