Let me give you a tip. When you clear the cache you should not lose your boosters. If you clear data you will indeed lose all boosters because they are stored in your device's memory.

If you had an account before, you should be able to log in to retrieve your level progress.
You can read more in this article. If you didn't have an account, please make a new account and log in to that one.
Once you have an account, go to the settings page and double-tap the King logo and let us know your Player ID (the numbers shown there).
Then let us know which level you were on so we can help you!
