Regarding your purchase, you have to contact King Player Support. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on “My Purchases“
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"

now if we could only fix my purchasing problem as u can see i have no gold to continue my game so now i lose but if my gold had shown up even for just one of my purchases i could save my game it would be real nice to get what i paid for please, someone help out
ok, so I’ve done everything above as well as delete the game off my phone re-download it. Nothing seems to work and now I just paid 799 so that I could continue my game with the 10 brakes and it didn’t give me anything so I thought maybe I made a mistake and I spent 799 again and again I wouldn’t give me anything so I just gave up the game and got out and then it gave me my boosters and stuff but no gold bars. he gave me boosters for only one of the payments not for both and no gold bars bars at all.

Sorry about this. Your game needs to reconnect to King servers.
Please try troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache on Amazon/kindle device: go to settings - select “Applications” - tap on “Manage All Applications” - select Candy Crush Soda - tap on “clear cache”
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
