Cant start soda anymore

Hello! I have a question, my soda saga game cant open anymore and freezes in the screen that i enclosed in thuis message, i already deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple of times. What can i do so i can keep playing my favourite Candy crush? Grtz

We do have a known connection issue right now that is affecting some games our team are aware and are working on fix

In the meantime please just check you have no pending updates a strong Internet connection and a minimum of 2gig of free memory
