I clicked on an ad to get bonus moves and the ad doesn't function. The screen is black but I'm stuck I can't get out of it. Unfortunately have a lot at stake at the moment and I'm frustrated that I can't move on
Happens to me all the time. Dumb ads. You have to exit out and reopen game.

I'm afraid there's no other option but to close and reopen the app in these cases. This means the level will be failed I'm sorry.
Please also contact King Player Support directly from Soda app and report this so the dedicated team can investigate this.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ad and send.

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
