Kidding aside, if it's truly a glitch and will be corrected, I will be placed back in the Eight Final. I can hit two birds with one stone by holding off playing the Second Chance to allow others who have me in their boards to have better chance and at the same time I can start playing at the beginning of the Eight which gives me enough time to win the Weekly Contest.
Even then, it does not guarantee my chance in the Final for level count is a big obstacle in this tournament. I'll keep testing the water. I won't take any chance for unwinnable hand.

If you play levels within reason, one race, I think it is enough to get the weekly race and collect candy if there are no strong players in your round.
