I am sorry to read this 😔 I read earlier that your phone has Android 9 version. Android 14 has recently been released, and you might be having trouble loading/playing the game due to the Android version on your phone. If possible, I recommend that you update your phone's software or try the game on a newer device.

This is very big data in old phone oppo a31 android 6 has to many my booter in game.I think something wrong the dada is very so big!65GB.???
This is data in new phone Samsung a225g android 13 same id can start to play game.
i don't wanna lost my booter data in old phone. please fix to update to new game version to Google play store for update for play game

OK! now I want to know . I go to factory recovery my old phone and install new game is still same can not to start game and 10secs to eject I lost any my booter dada OK I know. I install for new game in new phone is ok can play .so my old phone android6 can not play new phone android13 can play ok.2 years for level 0-9000 with my booter .!!!! OK I know .

Now i go to factory recovery reset on my old phone (android6) and install new game ver from googel play store is same eject , but my new phone android13 is ok can play .Thanks for any help to me goodby level 1-9000 goodby this game.Thanks for 2years.Thanks for many losts my times in this game. bye.

Unfortunately, your phone model may be too old to play the game, sorry about that. The game may require newer data than what is available on your old phone. Fortunately, you can play the game on your new phone.
If you have lost purchased boosters on your old phone, please contact King Player Support. They can send you compensation.
Since you’re playing on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on “My Purchases“
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
