my game is marking one level as offline

my game is marking level 406 as having been done offline even though i have full connection to the internet & other levels get marked as done online. i’ve tried logging out and it didn’t do anything. it also caused me to lose my bottle streak which i’m less than pleased about. what do i do?

Does this issue persists after checking troubleshooting steps?

Do you read a red connection error message ("there was a connection error, try again in a bit") when you visit profile settings in soda app?

If you don't see this kind of error message, please go ahead and:

check for Soda and device updates
check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

sorry, i’m returning to the game after not playing for a very long time. i meant this screen. even though im connected (im in an online voice chat and have been watching videos on my phone all day), it still says its offline. i also seem to still be progressing in leaderboards for events (im not sure if that’s connected to internet) so im confused and a little annoyed

This level shows that you did not pass it the first time. That is also the reason why you unfortunately lost your streak 😕

Colors of level pins are not determined by offline/online status

The green color means the level has been passed but not on first try.

When a level is failed on first try, for any reason, rainbow streak is broken too as you say.

The golden color means the level has been passed on first try.

We may win a level on first try and earn a golden pin even if the game is offline.

Since we only have one attempt to win a level on first try, once we lose it nothing will help us get a golden pin again, I'm sorry.

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
