My account is not syncing and can't get proper support

I have tried support - I cannot figure out problem and have not had good enough support to fix it myself. I am logged in. After years of playing it says: Congratulations, you have reached Level 2! You can now send links in the Community, yay!

See attached - I'm on level 3762 and receive emails congratulating me like when I hit 3000 so why is my profile wrong. I think I have an old account but can't get any support person to check for another account with my email address so they can be merged. So frustrating. I've written support many times so going out to community in hopes this gets my account fixed. PS - when I play on my tablet instead of this desktop - games and activities merge, but rewards don't ?????
