Why can’t I get my rewards so that I may play the game. I feel that I should be compensated for the fact that I can’t play at my fullest advantage and so therefore, I’m falling behind. I appreciate your help in this matter.

What happened exactly?Which event did you play? Did you win but you didn't receive the prize?
