Anyone having issues with video ads not loading in episodes 3011-3013 when you need extra points?
thank you Jimmel. I never purchase moves and seldom have enough bars on hand. Very frustrating to play this game any more.
I have this problem. However, if you choose the option to buy moves with gold bars, the videos miraculously work... Handy tip if you have no gold bars, as it still makes the ads work, but not when you waste bars. I also noticed that choosing to buy moves is also where the daily bonus is now hidden... Bit sneaky that
Box came up get extra moves so I press play video,but it just jumped back to to the get extra moves I did this three times then gave up help please
The videos loaded correctly for about two games. The error message is recurring again and I have to restart the game without the extra three tries. There must be a bigger glitch that wasn’t fixed completely. I did all of the steps stated before and this has not corrected the issue.

Could you send us your Player ID? You can find it by going to your in-game Settings, then "My Profile" and double tapping the King Logotype.
For now, please try the following steps to see if it helps you with your problem:
1) Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device by following these steps.
2) Check for game updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed and the latest software update for your device.
3) Check for device updates: To ensure you’re running the latest software for your device.
4) Check your device's memory. Please ensure you have a minimum of 2 GB of free space on your device. Removing any unused Apps, pictures and videos can improve game performance. Please read these steps to check your device's memory.
When I’m unable to complete game, there are 3 videos to watch ads to get a few extra attempts. Each video ad sends an error message “oops…oh no! It seems there was a problem with the video. Sorry!”
and then I have to restart the game. There is no ability to do screen shot on this error message on the iPad.
Hi there @HStindt1 and thank you for reaching out! When you say that you're getting an error message, what exactly is happening for you? Do you see a message or does the ad break?
If you can screenshot it it would be super helpful for us to understand the problem!
Need to let you know that the videos inside game for extra game plays is still giving an error message. You are forced to leave game and start over. Videos in between next game are working.

I'm sorry your video ads didn't load today.
We had a temporary connection problem today. This may have been at the same time that your ads weren't working. The bug has been fixed, so now everything should work again.
Please keep your game up to date and make sure you have a stable internet connection.
