You know how you can justify your indulgence for chocolate? Keep exercising and keep deluding yourself. You can say to yourself "since I burned a lot of calories today then it's OK for me to pig out on chocolate". "A bar? I have more calories burned so why stop there? I can have some shakes or a tiny piece of cake perhaps or pastry.
