Lost my game

I did have the game Candy Crush Soda Saga installed on my computer. I have been playing the game for 1178 days in a row. This morning the game was gone on my computer. When I tried to update the game in Microsoft Store a message came that there was a problem and the game could not be updated. What can I do to get the my saved gameback?

There are a couple of reasons why your progress may not be showing.

The first reason why your progress is not showing in the game is that you logged out of your King account. Make sure you're logged into your King or Facebook account with your own credentials to see your hard-earned progress and to continue your journey in the Kingdom!
