what does it ir mean at top of game there is a dual falling thing of a bottle and a liquorice? I never seem to get the bottle to drop, only the liquorice thing.

The liquorice can be broken by matching candy next to it or by using a booster. Hitting the peppermint sticks underneath will break licorice from the bottom. Only when you have hit the bottles at the bottom will the bottles at the top be able to fall.
In short: hit the bottles at the bottom, break the liquorice at the top with peppermint stick/matching candy/booster and the bottles at the top will fall.
It is level 1740 it is the bottle and the black thing . I can never get a bottle to drop
