I have signed on to a new device and have lost all my booster in both devices

Boosters are bound to an account on a single device and is unfortunately not something that you can transfer over between devices. If you reinstall the game these also do get removed.
It's good to check that you're logged in to your King account on the device that you started with, if you haven't reinstalled the game, you should be able to still have the boosters.
