Just when I’m going to win a game with one move left I get the OOPS! Sorry we’ve made a mistake and it leaves me with no more moves. This is happening EVERYTIME I play. Nearly always on that Christmas card jigsaw ad. It is missing the loading line and circle. Going to stop playing until you fix this.

    I'm sorry to hear that. It happens to me as well. At the moment the community managers team is on holiday so the best option is report this issue directly from Soda app in order to reach out to Player Support team.

    How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ad and send.
