I too am getting an ad issue problem and have reported it. The response is generic. I do not play via Facebook, access with updated IPad, have been playing for 10 years. The game is Soda Crush. I play ads to get extra moves. Only specific ads give me “ad interrupted” message. I’ve even drilled way down in the ad and spent a lot of time to read their advert, but still fails. Some of the ads have multiple ads within the page. It doesn’t matter if you drill down on them or simply hit the X you get the same message. I’ve sent screen shots of the ads to King, but the last response was to check with the community. Other ads work fine, just these specific ones are buggy. So annoying. and, unfortunately it’s mostly what I’m offered.
I’m about to stop playing after all these years.

If you experience issues with ads feature, please report them directly from Soda app:
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "technical & connection issues"- "thanks for reaching out"- scroll down and click "contact us". In the form please select "advert issues or reporting" and then "I experienced a bug with an advert." Explain your problem, name the malfunctioning ad and send.

Both of my Android phones show “Bakery – Starting Soon” in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?
I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
