Where on the site do you enter your PIN number on gift card?

I have created an account, but I see nowhere to put my pin. Also I tried to change my password on my profile. The link brings me to a box to enter new password, but it will not beyond this point. I have been trying to figure this out since Christmas. Please help?

I tried this many times, and there’s place on the site for a pin. I want to change the password on my play account, but it won’t go past add new password.
