I can understand your frustration if there is no clarity. Do you have this with every advertisement?
Unfortunately, I have never had ads in my game (which I personally find unfair). I assume you have to watch the entire ad to receive a reward.
If you experience this problem with 1 or 2 ads, you can report the ads to the department. Scroll down to Contact us
Select the correct game, choose topic “advert issues or reporting” select the subtopic. Describe briefly the complaint and submit.
You could try troubleshooting to see if this helps: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

hi, this happens to me as well whenever I get the chance to get more moves and boosters at the end by clicking on ads, i would only get a blank screen with x on top right and [Ad] on left bottom. It would say it has to be viewed to the end. But there’s only blank screen and a banner of the ad at the bottom. It says that even if i wait for so long watching nothing! It’s frustrating and i’ve lost so many chances because of this 😢 PLS HELP
